    • But Superdad often earns higher income and enjoys higher status than Supermom. Furthermore, Superdad is widely congratulated for taking on his 'extra' responsibility while Supermom is vaguely condemned for losing her children's father.
    • Like new dads, superdads have added the caregiver role to their worker role. But unlike new dads, superdads have made changes at work that put their father role ahead of their worker role.
