  1. A user on social media who is either a moderator or an administrator.

    • Instead of alerting the officials, users are told to tag a modmin, who will quickly review the situation and do what needs to be done so that the group can continue to function.
    • As soon as I set up a course page with my CRs as my fellow modmins, my course students immediately joined the page and within a week I started lectures.
