    • Eventually the trust agreed to install minicoms in all key access points and to make mobile minicoms available to inpatients.
    • Facilities (eg minicoms, hearing loops, etc.) may be inadequate or staff may be unaware of how to use them.
    • Instead, with a minicom, you can see every letter the other person types, as they type it. And their spelling errors too! So if you make a mistake, then delete it, the other person sees you deleting those letters from their end.
