An acrobatic manoeuvre in which one moves from a supine position (lying on one's back) to a standing or squatting position. The move is performed by first lifting one's legs and rolling backwards onto one's shoulders, then flicking forwards, arching one's back, so as to become momentarily airborne before landing on one's feet.
