    • I was looking more for episodes like this, which deal with the repurcussions^([sic]) of a major war affecting every major civilisation known to the Trekiverse.
    • Or have the dying redshirt of the week say goodbye to his male friend instead of his girl. That's all it would take to establish that it's okay to be out of the closet in the Trekiverse.
    • IIRC, the official explanation is currently that human history in the Trekiverse diverged from our history in the mid-20th century, due to the cumulative effect of multiple visitations from the future.
